The clinic provides nutritional consultancy aimed primarily at weight loss besides enhancing the health status of the individual. However keeping in mind the complexity of the individual human body & response. It's not possible for the clinic to guarantee weight loss.
The weight loss varies according to the age, activity, and gender and body type.
Gaps-irregularities in the programme will not be adjusted later.
In view of the above, policy members are requested to make use of their consultation regularly and avail maximum benefits.
Membership Fee of Rs. 3500/- is valid for a period of one month only & no adjustments of the period is permissible unless informed in advance.
